Pennie Packard is a wife, mother, grandmother, virtual assistant, and freelance writer. During her more than four years as a writer of online content, Pennie's writing interests have evolved into a somewhat eclectic collection that includes animals, crafts, history, and the Florida lifestyle.

Natives of Indiana, Pennie and her husband have lived in central Florida for the past 13 years, embracing the opportunity to enjoy the lovely weather and see all the wildlife native to the area. Many of these animals frequently find their way into her writing.

As a virtual assistant to real estate agents, Pennie has honed her blogging and editing skills and uses them in her freelance writing endeavors as well. An active retiree, Pennie is now able to work at what she likes on her own schedule, and still have time for church activities as well as her other hobbies, which include frequent visits to the grandchildren, crocheting and reading, shopping, painting, and the two family pups.
